The annual Camarillo airshow was held on August 23 and 24, 2003. It featured the aircraft of the Southern California Wing of the Commemorative Air Force and Chapter 723 of the Experimental Aircraft Association.
Rides in Beechcraft RC-45J, N75018 were available for $40.00. It spent a number of years in the collection of the Pima Air Museum near Tucson, Arizona. It flew for the Navy as BuNo 29585, and it still carries that number.
Piper PA-30 Twin Comanche, N8234Y of the California Department of Forestry arrived during the morning while Stout Bushmaster 2000, N750RW was carrying loads of passengers.
Dave Price's North American P-51D, N151DP Cottonmouth was making ominous clunking noises as it taxied past. It did not participate in the afternoon warbird show. The original serial number of a major fraction of the airplane was 44-73973. After retirement from the U.S.A.F. in 1951, it was transferred to the Royal Canadian Air Force as 9281. It entered the U.S. civil register as N6325T in 1957. After passing through the ands of several owners, it was sold to the FA Salvadorena in 1969. It returned to the United States in 1974 and was registered as N37FF by Flaherty Factors Inc. of Monterey, California. Jerry Janes of Vancouver, British Columbia restored 44-73973 with parts from several other FAS Mustangs over the period from 1975 to 1978. It was registered in Canada as C-GJCJ in 1979. David Price bought it in 1983 and registered it as N51JC. A year later he changed its registration to N151DP. He raced it as #49. It crashed at Reno in 1988 and was subsequently restored.
The undersides of the wings of Stout Bushmaster 2000, N750RW have been repainted to make the phone number easier to read at a distance.

Ryan ST3KR, N58651 is the civilian equivalent of the PT-22. It has been registered to Angelo Regina since 1987.
Howard DGA-15P, N5524N has been registered to Roger Orr since 2000. Waco UPF-7, N32135 has been registered to Gary Entrenkin since 1987.
Fiesler Fi-156C Storch, NX41FS was built under license by Moraine Saulnier in France in 1944. It has been registered to Steve Ericson since 1997. It is based at the Milestones of Flight Museum at Fox Field near Lancaster. Its original 8-cylinder inverted-V engine has been replaced with a horizontally opposed 6-cylinder engine.
Bud Collver's North American SNJ-5 Texan, N1038A War Dog has been a regular performer at southern California airshows for over fifteen years.

North American P-51D Mustang, N514DK is registered to DK Warbirds at Las Vegas. Its North American construction number is 124-48311. Its orginal Army Air Force serial number was 45-11558. It was registered as N6175C by Aerodynamics Inc. of Pontiac, Michigan in 1963. James Gorman of Mansfield, Ohio bought it in 1966 and then sold it to Herbert Rupp of Port Salerno, Florida. It crashed in Georgia in 1967 and was rebuilt using parts of 44-74829 and 44-73822. It was registered to John Dilly of Auburn, Indiana in 1969. John Rutherford of Fort Worth, Texas acquired it in 1978. It was sold to Courtesy Aircraft of Rockford, Illinois in 1982 and then to Joe Kasperoff at Montebello, California a year later. It crashed on take-off at Van Nuys on August 6, 1985.

Grumman F6F-5 Hellcat, N1078Z Minsi III. Its Grumman construction number is A-5634. John Sandberg recovered it from the Fergus Falls Airport in Minnesota in 1962. It was subsequently owned by Lloyd Nolan and Ed Messick.
Supermarine Spitfire Mk.14, NX749DP is part of Dave Price's stable of warbirds. It carried Supermarine construction number 6S/583887. It flew for the RAF as NH749. It was transferred to the Indian Air Force and eventually relegated to an instructional airframe for trainee mechanics. Ormond and Wensley Haydon Baillie of Duxford in the United Kingdom recovered the hulk from Patna Air Base in 1977. Keith Wickendon of Cranfield registered it as G-MXIV in November 1980. It was rebuilt by Craig Charleston and made its first flight after restoration in 1983. It acquired its current registration when Dave Price purchased it in April 1985.
Hawker Sea Fury T Mk.20, NX51SF wears the colors of the Dutch Konmarine. It was formerly registered in the United Kingdom as G-BCOV.

North American B-25J Mitchell, N30801 Executive Sweet shows off its open bomb bay. It has been registered to the American Aeronautical Foundation of Thousand Oaks since 1985. Its Army Air Force serial number was 44-30801 and its North American construction number is 108-35126. It was converted to the TB-25N configuration before its retirement by the Air Force. It was registered as N3699G by Avery Aviation of Greybull, Wyoming in 1963. Filmways Inc. of Hollywood acquired it in 1968 for use in the movie Catch-22. Challenge Publications bought it in 1972 and changed its registration to N30801 in 1978.

Hawker Hurricane Mk IIb, N678DP was built as RCAF 5481. Its Hawker construction number is 60372. It was displayed in the Jack Arnold Aviation Museum in Brantford, Ontario before being acquired by Charles Church Limited of Sandown, UK which registered it as G-ORGI in 1989. David Price imported it into the United States in 1992.

Republic RC-3-1 Seabea, N461WW made a very, very low pass. Judy Stout has owned N461WW for the last four years.
Antonov An-2, N2AN Big Panda was built in 1984. It has been registered to Carl Hays of San Diego since 1993.
Canadair CT-133 (license built Lockheed T-33A), N99192 served the Royal Canadian Air Force as RCAF21118. It was operated by Flight Systems Inc. of Mojave, California from 1977 to 1988. T-Bird Aviation acquired it in 1989.
Polish WA PZL/WSK MIELEC TS-11 Iskra, N615DW has been owned by D and J Aircraft Inc. of Santa Paulea since 2000. Iskra is the Polish word for "Spark"
Czechoslovakian Aero Vodochody L29 Delphins, N50DG and N37DG. N50DG has been registered to Corporate Development Services of Carson City, Nevada since October 2000. It was built in 1968. N37DG has been registered to Donald Goodwin for a little over a year.
