A Titan IVB was launched from Space Launch Complex 4 at 3:45 PM on Thursday, August 17.

The unidentified National Reconnaissance Office satellite was successfully deployed from the upper stage of the Titan IVB. Aviation Week magazine says it is a Lacrosse radar reconnaissance satellite.
