Northrop YF-17 Cobra 72-1569 at Edwards Air Force Base on November 13, 1977 YF-17 72-1570 was displayed in blue camouflage at the Edwards Air Force Base on November 13, 1977. The FAir Force had decided against purchasing the F-17 and it was being marketed to the Navy. It was developed into the F/A-19 Hornet.
