It was delivered to the Royal Air Force as Dakota IV KN381 in February 1945. It was transferrred to the Belgian Air Force as K39 on December 19, 1949. It was retuned to the US Air Force and then transferred to the French Air Force in September 1952. It was transferrred to the Israeli Defense Force as 044/4X-FNV in April 1967. It was reregistered as 044/RX-FMP in 1996. It was registered as N60154 by the Palm Springs Air Museum on August 31, 2006. It is restored as 44-76423 What's Up Doc.
